        I lived there for almost 3 years. I shouldn't have moved. It's a clean and organized place to stay. It's a HUD building (2 buildings) with rent based on your income. Electric, gas, water, & garbage (including a recycling garbage) are all free. Pop machines, snack machines are in the community room in each building. Free antenna TV. Mail received in your building. Two washers/dryers in each building, reasonably priced. Lots of grass area & a picnic table at each building, plus a BBQ for everyone's use. Kitchen in community room, living area (social) upstairs. Handicap units downstairs. Small dogs allowed in your unit.
