My wife and I were going to rent a house from them and we were well on our way to signing our paperwork. Our previous landlord had given us permission to go ahead and look for another home since our current property was being sold. When it came down to signing our lease our previous landlord backed out and would not let us break our contract. Mrs. Becky said she understood and explained to me how I would need to go about it moving forward. She was nice enough at the time and told us to come back whenever our previous landlord let us go and she would help us find a home. Several months ago by and our contract finally turns into a month to month. We reached out to Mrs. Becky about looking for a home and this time we not greeted with the warm professional manor as before. We were talked down to the entire time. She explained to me that we had lost her months of rent. Now granted there were 3-4 of us all applying for the same home and we only took up two of the days before it was offered to someone else and it was at the beginning of the month. With our situation it would have left her with plenty of time to get prorated rent from the next tenant. She explained that she said she would never help me and I had an email stating that she would help us. All in all a very unprofessional company that’s does not stand by their word.

We were selling our house and we chose Bob Donahue as he sold us the house. This was a huge mistake. He would not respond to messages or phone calls, if he did it was days later. When he showed the house we would get 10 minutes if that to get out, and when he was done he never let us know. When he listed the house he promised to have it listed that night, 3 days later I messaged him and it still wasn't one, and he only put on one website.. When he finally put it on it was quickly done and none of the pictures or information we wanted. Sellers have the right to cancel a contract and go to new realtor at anytime. Bob refused to sign the termination contract. He tried to get us to sign an agreement that if we sell it to anyone that he gets full commission, we we would be paying him full commission plus our new realtor full commission. Do not use Bob as a realtor, he is more worried about his farming them selling your house. We spoke with Mr. Gustafson and he was awsome and understanding and said he would sign it but Bob was to sign it. However Bob still refused even after his boss told him too.

Philmore Gustafson is the exact person I want to sell me my house! He is an absolutely amazing and honorable man. He truly cares about people and I can't recommend him enough.
