Iowa Insurance Store

My insurance rates went up this past year, so I called the Iowa Insurance Store to get a better price. The service was friendly, timely, and excellent, and they found me an insurance carrier that fit my needs and was very reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend giving them a call for your insurance needs.

I started using James Taylor years ago because he was associated with Dave Ramsey. I generally had no issues or concerns and, fortunately, no claims. I called periodically to check my rates. The last couple of conversations with James is why I decided to go elsewhere. He's very gruff, does not listen, interrupts me, and is downright rude. I do not need to be treated this way, even if I was saving money. Turns out I found a better deal anyway.

James Taylor and his staff are top notch. They combine knowledge, compassion, hard work, and great service. I have used a lot of agents in my life. They are the best agency in Iowa.
