They lie lie lie. Took almost 2x the amount of money they said they where. Told me they would fix. Month goes by and they try again! Call complain they say the will fix and call me back. Week and a half, still no call, still no money, still not fixed! Switched to Progressive. Fair, honest, and over 225 a month cheaper for same coverage! This office is a scam!

One problem after another since July 7. Still as of today, cannot get the spelling on my name correct. Cannot seem to pull monthly premiums like we set up on our initial meeting. Cancelled our personal policy because we we not told our appraisals were outdated. We're not told this by the agent. They have pulled 3 payments in the last 30 days, no explanation and this Angela woman cannot help at all. States she will call back, but never does. Cannot ever speak with our actual agent so I am now looking for help once again with the billing issues. I have my doubts in regards to this company. We will see if it improves. Hopefully it will get better but we have our doubts. Left our last company because of similar issues.
