We had a really good experience having our roof replaced after hail damage in Des Moines. Joy was our representative and provided excellent customer service. Everything was completed as promised and on time. The roof looks great and all our concerns were responded to on a timely basis. Again, Joy, thanks so much!

All major restorations did a very good job. They were quick and efficient in getting both our house and garage done in one day. They did a good job on cleaning up afterwards. They were very helpful and friendly to work with.

I would not hire this company again if they were the only roofing companies in town. Company representatives got into an argument with two separate insurance adjustor and had to be ordered off the property. They damaged the interior of my home and failed to address the issue or repair it. They took left over materials purchased by the insurance company. The workers to do comply with OSHA guidelines and standards. Getting a solid start date is challenging at best. They will give you a date for install but no materials or workers will be on site on the date given. Getting warranties from roof or siding materials is not forthcoming and you will have to fight for months to obtain this important information I first requested warranties in August and it took until November after fighting with the company before the roofing warranty arrived. The other warranties did not arrive until January. I have replaced roofs on several property over my 25 years and have never dealt with a company this poorly managed and unprofessional.
