        I had a great experience with All Major Restorations. Nikol helped me through the insurance process on our roof which had hail and wind damage. She was professional and easy to work with. Our roof was repaired just a few weeks later and it looks great!!!

        At first I thought they were great helping me get my roof replaced through my insurance company but after they had finished I noticed a pot of debris around my house and a very noticeable hole in my siding on the front side of my house. I contacted my sales guy and he responded saying they would get it fixed. It hasn’t been fixed 4 months later and my All Major contact has not returned any of my calls, texts, or emails. I find it completely unprofessional to “ghost” a customer. I paid in-full and on-time but I guess I shouldn’t have...

        DO NOT WORK WITH ANDREW! He’s an absolute liar! Extremely poor follow up and communication skills! The company is a fraud to allow a rep to handle customers way he does. More complaints to be filed. Photos to follow on replacement gutters that were poorly installed!
