      image Reserved a pool side room, they gave our room away due to checking in at 5:30 pm, dirty towels on the bathroom floor, mold on the ceiling and walls, beds were horribly uncomfortable, AC could not keep up, no information in the room regarding channels, breakfast information, etc. Breakfast was a joke, no staff, open late, very minimal food for a very full hotel. Very outdated and needs a deep cleaning and remodel
