Received service 2/21 and the issue was back 2/23. Was told $300 and then when it came time to pay 15 minutes later was about $160 more! Called office and they offered no help/ solution to the problem. Basically was told we had to pay AGAIN for the same issue. Would not recommend to anyone!

These guys rock. We have been in this house 3 years and this is the 3 Rd
time I have had to get the main line opened. I called last night and had a plumber here at 9 this morning. The guys was friendly and did a great job but the big surprise was the price. It was cheaper than the little guy that was supposedly giving me a better price. Don't be fooled call Roto-rooterand had as.UPDATE 2/27/24. Toto rooter was here again the service was sufficient. They went out the back and used my hose to wash down equip all was fine but they did not turn of my hose. It was 3 days till I noticed- called the office these things happen, got no response so today 3/8/24 I emailed and was told that they did not use the hose and I was looking for a refund which was never discussed. VErY dissapointed I. This repos de and accusations NEVER again
