Apex Roofing & Remodeling

We had a horrific experience with Nick Winters while trying to do a small kitchen, mudroom and pantry project. He required $7,500 of our money back in December and didn't do any of the work that was agreed upon. He consistently lied about timelines and when materials were ordered. His "staff" consists of someone who is out on parole without advising us that he would be in our home with our kids or with no one there. His crew did so much damage to our home and didn't complete the project. No apology and certainly no money back. No pride in his work or his crew's work. More details of our experience with him and this project: -didn't remove any light fixtures before they painted and mudded -painted and did flooring before they were done with mud and drywall -no insulation -no sheeting to protect our hardwood floors, big scratches that can't be repaired -ruined our garage floor, spent $300 on a new pressure washer and it still didn't come out -corners didn't match the rest of the house -locker was started but totally wrong and wasted all the wood that was purchased -Took our money for over 6 months before attempting to do work. -We paid over $2,500 to correct the project that he started and didn't finish. -multiple contractors have been over to look at the project to help us get out of this mess and said it was the worst work they've ever seen -Been promised a refund for over three weeks and now we've been ghosted. They do sloppy work and take no pride in their business. Do not work with Nick Winters for any project in or around your home.

Our home was built in 2017/18 and Apex did the roof. We recently noticed stains on our ceiling (most likely our roof is leaking) and have reached out to Nick on several occasions to take a look. We have received minimal communication, and on the days he has said he would come by there is no indication that he actually did. It looks like we will now need to reach out to someone else to come and take care of it.

We recently hired Apex Roofing and Remodeling to replace the flooring in our kitchen, living room, and family room. With three kids and two dogs, we wanted an elegant look with the ease of daily maintenance. Apex went beyond our expectations and we are absolutely in love with our new floors!!! Throughout the remodeling process, they were very professional and accommodated our busy lifestyle. The work was thorough and completed in a very timely fashion! We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have remodeling done!
