I called today to see about outside storage for our camper. They had spaces available and within 5 minutes I had a space reserved. Maya was very helpful and explained all of the details to me. Overall it was an awesome experience!

The people are helpful. The system over the phone is fast and easy. Never have I had a problem. Kim the manger at the storagemart I deal with on 63rd in West Des Moines is on point... She always makes my day everytime I see her.. She always has a smile on her face. She didn't rush. I feel my belongings are safe. There affordable.. Kimberly u make that place and ur awesome.... Thanks for everything.. if anyone is looking for a unit should go to storagemart. U will not be disappointed...

No payment plans, No partials. Pay it all or lose your stuff, Which really stinks when your house gets Covid after being essential this entire time and paychecks stopped for a minute until everything was figured out. Just long enough for rent, late fees and Christmas, cold snaps with vehicles...Such is life. Guess I'll never get to pass on my deceased Grandmother and Grandfathers belongings to my children too bad since he was an Olympic wrestler, veteran and taught at IA State... Have it all or lose it. Kim is awesome though and she would help if she wasn't constrained by Storage-mart or so I felt. She is a nice woman and very helpful, this is rather heartbreaking though so Its a *NO* Minus my sob story having payment options would just be plain generous to the women and men who choose to utilize your service.
