Have a friend with substantial roof damage as most of her neighbors had. They all have had good insurance companies, many with less damage. She has been turned down twice by this fly by night company. It's been over a year!!!; Now all expenses will have been left to her. They claim an open claim, can't switch companies!!!!

After having Country Financial for two years I can honestly say NEVER would I recommend. My agent is Chuy.. by reading the reviews I probably should've gotten Aaron. I used to have car insurance through them but in purchasing a new car and having them for over a year I figured I would get full coverage from them. Chuy was "unavailable" so I ended up with a service agent. I got quoted at an unbelievable price and went elsewhere. They wouldn't have even covered anything anyway. I also have 2 houses that are insured by them. One which should be cheap just keeps climbing up. I tried to file a claim last year... the things I needed covered weren't so it was a waste of time. I talked to Chuy, who was unbelievably rude, and got nowhere. Haven't talked to him since. He's never "available"... I wish I could cancel. Don't believe everything they say. It's costs you in the long run. I also don't understand why everything keeps going up when technically it's supposed to go down if I don't use it.. right? That's what other places do...

Aaron had been my agent for four years for my home insurance and vehicle insurance and I always find him to be very courteous and willing to find the best rates, but also very good into explaining the importance about the covers, he is always willing to answer all my question, I really recommend him as your agent; The secretary Monica she is an amazing lady there are times that I had to call the office and she always willing to help me; also at one time my roof was damaged and they sent me this very nice lady to my house I forgot her name but she came from the south and she made my the transaction very easy, I really recommend country financial insurance at this point I never had any problem with them, with nice people, amazing rates and if case of accidents they also come with the best actitud, thanks country financial
