        The customer service as of 2021 is not good. They took nearly a month to file my simple taxes, and are only open on limited days each week.n UPDATE 2 WEEKS LATER. They kindly called me called me and apologized for the length of time it took to file the taxes. Apparently they were exceptionally overloaded at the time of my filing. As a second review, I recommend them.

        We came to Jon when our CPA of over 10 years passed away so I was very skeptical about change. Jon has been doing our personal and business taxes for almost 20 years. Without going into great detail, our experience with him has been unbelievably excellent. In every regard. Can't say enough good.
