        We brought our files in by early February to get the process started. As of today April 11, still no filing. We have called several times to be told wed get a call back over the last few weeks only we received no callback. Will not recommend this place.

        Everyone at office was very helpful. Communication was excellent anf Jim saved me from owing this year. My first time using a tax professional and was well worth it. They will have my business for as long as either of us are around.
