        Very disappointed in Hy-Vee Floral Dept Indianola after purchasing over a week ahead of time an expensive basket for a funeral service at the last minute got a call, couldn't do what I ordered, and would I change to another which I said ok as I couldn't come over there to look at anything at that late notice....expected quite something different than I got when I attended the funeral the next day, but to make matters worse when talking to the supposed floral department manager - she told me to be quiet and she would do the talking - eventually I hung up on her and did send a complaint to the store manager which I did get some replies to but nothing more than that....I will just know to never do business there again.....and let everyone else know what a poor experience I had! But obviously will not repeat that!
