My realtor was horrible. I felt like she worked for the people buying my house more than she worked for myself. I felt like I was pushed out of my home earlier than I wanted to be. Prices that were quoted did not match up with what I ended up selling the home for in fact, there was almost a $12000 difference. I was told I could come back and get my hay that I left in the barn as I couldnt fit it all on that day and the new homeowners delivered my hay to my old neighbors but only took nine bales down there and I had 28 bales, so they kept over half of my property, they were pushy and kept trying to get into the home before any type of paperwork was signed.. I had to fight with the new homeowners to transfer the electric bill to their name it is December and I didnt want to shut it off in the cold. my electric company had to reach out to the realtor to contact the homeowners because the realtor would only communicate with me through Facebook Messenger, and after paperwork was signed and I wasnt happy. She blocked me not very professional, Sandy Dezel . I would not recommend this company when I didnt want to sign paperwork because I wasnt happy with the closing price. I was pretty much threatened and bullied to sign said paperwork and given a half an hour timeframe to make up my mind.. I fired Sandy twice and she refused to give me back the deed to my house or to acknowledge the fact that I didnt want her working for me anymore. First time ever selling a house and it was a nightmare. I surely hope thats not how things will go in the future if I ever sell again. Realtor was so lazy. She didnt even pick up the realtor sign out of the yard, nor did she place signs on any main highway around me so if you didnt drive down my gravel Road or see it for sale on online, you wouldve never known it existed.

Loved working with my realtor, Nancy Laxton!!! Nancy pre-planned vacation happened just as we were in the middle of closing and we kept in contact throughout the closing process via phone or text almost every day and sometimes several times a day even though she was out of state. This is the second time Nancy has helped me sell a home and she gave 100+% both times!!!
Thank you for everything Nancy, you were just awesome throughout this whole ordeal!!!
