I called them about a repair job and was told that someone would come look and give me an estimate. 2 weeks later and no estimate. I called again and messaged them for a smaller job since most of the work was now done. Haven't heard back. If you're busy, let the customer know, instead of ghosting and just looking incompetent and losing future business as well as current business. Good way to get much less busier, I guess!
