      image Went through this shop to get new tires. The new tires were fine, but during the time my truck was at the shop, the passenger door handle was broken. They tried to use glue to hold it back on, but that failed miserably. When I went back to see if they could refund me or compensate me in some way for their negligence, I was told by the store manager it wasn't up to him and had to check with "Customer Service", and haven't heard back since. Thankfully, I was able to get a decent response through Goodyear directly to make up for the poor service from Car-X. Not recommended.
      Update: Refund was provided by corporate so I've updated my review score to reflect this.
