Not very good customer service. I called to ask about timing of how fast to get a suit cleaned. The gal told me one week and hung up. I called back to complain about hanging up on me and all she wanted to say is they are the only dry cleaner in town. Not true. Sonshine cleaners in North Liberty was happy to help me. Quick response and called me back within a few minutes to take care of my request. That is how business is done not by hanging up on a potential customer.

The customer service aka woman taking the laundrywas rude and snippy. All 3xs I encountered her. But everyone has bad days so chalked it up to that. Paid $60 to have 3 - 12 ft tablecloths dry cleaned. Not cheap. When I put them on the head wedding table on the day of the wedding they were wrinkled. Really?? Ya had ONE jobpress these out. Ill drive to the other cleaners in North Liberty next time. Dont waste your time here ppl. SMH. Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Moderate quality dry cleaning and laundry service, very poor customer interaction. The lady at the service window treats customer with what almost feels like disdain.
