They did a great job of drycleaning. However, the pickup was lengthy and full of confusion as to the items' whereabouts in the store.

I have never taken my dry clean clothes to another place. They are nice, great service and fair price.

Nice people but horrible accounting especially when I had them redo my curtains. Twice they told me not to pay but come back after the bookkeeper looked at my bill. They called me several times to tell me I owed more than what was charged on my ticket. Finally, I went back with a witness and paid my ticket. WARNING! ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT! I dropped off 9 shirts and a jumpsuit. I returned 2 weeks later with my ticket showing 10 items. They were unable to find one shirt and stated their computer was having problems in fact indicating that I dropped the items on 2 separate days! I was told to wait 2 weeks and then, hearing nothing, called back. After being told repeatedly that Sherry would return my call, I finally heard back after my third call. She confirmed ongoing computer issues but blamed me and her employee for human error and making a mistake with the 10 item ticket. I have been using them for more than 10 years and this is the second time they have lost items. She was very unprofessional and an exceedingly poor representative of her business. Ill never give them business again. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR CLOTHES.
