Between my mother in law and my house, we have experienced THREE very unsatisfactory deep cleanings. I had to ask this “company” to come redo my house once and the same occurred for my mother in law. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and hire again. Extremely poor work on my family members house. Dust left, bathroom incompletely cleaned. BUT, wait, we could have them come back and fix it for more $$$. No way.

I am so glad I found Helping Hands. I have used their services for over a year and not once have i been disappointed. They are always on time and do a thorough cleaning. They are always friendly. Happy client here.

Very versatile. This is SO much more than merely a cleaning service. They do extreme cases like preparing for Bed Bug fumigation and hoarding and everyday cleaning needs too. However, there is no task I've given them over the past FOUR years that they have not done more than satisfactorily. They run errands, do personal shopping, have taken me to doctors appointments, etc. Sometimes it can be scary to have strangers come into your home but after the first visit they didn't feel like strangers anymore. And now with COVID-19 it's good to have people who are used to dealing with those more vulnerable (like me as a handicapped person) and trust their ability to follow all Health protocols and come fully prepared (gloves, mask, head covering, booties, full body suit, whatever it takes). It's their "we're here to help" attitude that has kept me coming back regularly. I recommend them without reserve. Sincerely, Laura-Lee

Hired this company to do a move out clean for my apartment in Iowa city. Melissa was very nice and helpful and her staff did an amazing, thorough job! I got my full security deposit back from apartments at Iowa and didn’t have to pay outrageous cleaning fees through them. Melissa was very clear about what exactly will be done and her girls delivered. I would highly recommend them if you are a student who needs to have your apartment cleaned before moving out. Fair prices and great results!
