I hired Vicky she came to my home gave me an estimate. Gave me a date. She said 1030 Friday she called said she would be late . 45 minutes I said fine no worries. She never showed up. I called my neighbor Marcy who often uses her she said Vicky is very spacey and not very reliable and don’t count on her. I called several times she never called me back and she never showed up and I wasted my entire day waiting on her. I guess it was a blessing she didn’t show up. Who know what kind of person she is she required only cash. Service: Standard clean

Vicky came to my home and did a free estimate and emailed to me the next day. She said she was available the next Wednesday at 11am. I went home on my lunch at 2pm the day of cleaning, nobody had been there to clean. When I called she said she had me down for the following day. Also the estimate has an extra 20 dollars for the first house cleaning...which to me is how they get their "free estimate" money back. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone if you want a reliable cleaning service.

Can't thank you highly enough for this house cleaning service!!! I was going a bit insane after my first bug infestation after over a year of living in this apartment. I called this company, and the team was able to come the next morning. They did an incredible and thorough job, leaving my apartment spotless. My apartment smells and looks amazing, and the customer service was on point. Highly recommend to everyone who's living in Johnston, IA!
