Great location- right next door to Texas roadhouse and Starbucks. Clean pretty standard rooms. Service was fast and efficient. Perfect for an introvert.

I'm usually a big fan of Hilton Garden Inn, but this may be my last visit to one of their properties. Everything was fine until I needed to connect to their internet. This is one of the amenities touted on their website and something I've never had issues with before. I stayed with the intent of getting work done, which I need a private wired connection to do. Upon connecting to the ethernet in the room I was unable to bypass the login screen. The front desk told me this was a known problem and offered me a premium promo code. On my personal devices the premium was somehow slower than regular. Most speed tests were below .5 mbps down. The real kicker was an add on the TV for guests being able to use hilton for work while staying.
My advice either do not advertise this as an amenitie for staying with you or get it fixed. There's no reason for me to stay with you going forward if this isn't fixed.
