Send your kids here if you dont care about their well-being!!! This center is despicable, how does a child get a head injury and the parent isn't notified? How are you taking children out of the center and stopping by someones home real quick while my child is in the van? SOCIAL SERVICES NEED TO SHUT THEM DOWN NO STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND Response to their response: My child was 8 at the time, granted she was not a baby but still a child in your care. As far as the second location, that is correct but before they made it to the other center the driver went to their home to "grab something real quick" is what I was told by the driver. Secondly the head injury... She reported to your staff and they told her oh you ok even though she had a huge egg on her head. At that point she called me. I then called the center and was told another child and my child bumped heads and it wasn't any marks. When I arrived and saw my child with the biggest egg on her head I was livid!!! But the incompetent staff just stood there looking lost. Like well idk what do you want me to do!!! Needless to say that was her last day at the cebter. I didnt mention in my initial review that they released my child to someone without checking ID and they had NEVER SEEN THIS PERSON BEFORE. if you are watching a child it is your responsibility to keep the child safe. I understand things happen, but when they do, you are required to notify the parent. I said what I said SEND YOUR KIDS IF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT THEM

How this place has three stars when it deserves none is baffling. Im not gonna lie it caught my attention but briefly after meeting the on site caretaker I was taken back. She is a bit rude and very forgetful which is alarming around children. The process to enroll your child isnt hard or rather it shouldnt be a hard process but for me it was absolutely terrible. There was certain things I needed to gather before and I enrolled my son when I came back she not only didnt remember who we were but told me to get something else and come back, again I DID THIS to bring my child back and she tells me that NOW oh well we dont typically start on these days (doesnt clarify what she means) then ask if I talked to her boss (which I had for two weeks now both of them) and just continue to ask for his name minutes after already asking the last time going she told me to get a money order which I had hell trying to get back and still me and my son got sent away so I just opted out at that point I had already lost out on a job opportunity and $405 in cash this place is just piss poor I would not recommend.
