The dental office provided an exceptional experience for my scared child. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They took the time to explain each step of the process in a way that eased my child's fears. The waiting area was warm and inviting, with that helped with keeping his self at ease. The dentist (Dr. Matt) was patient and gentle, making sure my child felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this dental office for any child, especially those who may be anxious about going to the dentist.

The thing I like most about Uptown is I never feel judged, confused, or like I'm a bother. Instead the staff are great at explaining what they are doing, how to improve your dental care, and are ready to talk about your concerns. Even during a cleaning they check in with you and care about your comfort. If you have anxiety about the dentist I really recommend them. It's the first time in my adult life I've been going every 6 months like I'm supposed to because I don't absolutely dread going anymore.
