        Closing on our house wasn't even an "ok" experience. There was nothing I wanted more than to just close on my house, to not have to deal with Holly Randall again. She was very rude and not very helpful. We didn't use a realtor and she complained that it was more work because we didn't use one. Was not straight forward about major things!! Everything was always last minute. Overall had a terrible experience.

        The branch on 7th had amazing customer service.....like family when you walk in! Lori squared were there for me when I was in a bind. Wish they had a Hills where I moved. Would definitely recommend to those who live in the area.
