So discouraged we were never notified that our agent (David Redlinger) had left Allstate. We were very happy with David. So far we have not had a good experience with Jeter Schrock and Associates Inc. I will say Allstate in general did a fantastic job on our home claim after the wind storm in August but we worked with people assigned to us through the claim process. To those people...THANK YOU for a job well done.
