I accidentally got the wrong number and called horn automotive. I will never do business with this company based on how I was spoken to on the phone. The man was rude and bluntly hung up on me. Take your business someplace else!

Dropped off my engine (4cyl block and head) to get some work done which was honing cylinders, decking block/head for new head gasket, and installing upgraded valve springs (which I had). Dropped it off end of February 2022. Asked the guy multiple times if there was a timeline and he kind of shrugged it off. Approximately 4 weeks later I called and asked for an update. They said they hadn't look at it yet, and would be another 2-3 weeks. Ok that's fine I guess. Another 4 weeks go by and I call again. They said they still hadn't looked at it but would try to next week. Of course that didn't happen. As I am writing this review its currently June 8th 2022 and they have not called me once to say its done or any update. They clearly don't care for their customers as I don't have it back yet, so now I'm going to take it back since its sat at their shop for over 3 months collecting dust. Would give it 0 stars if possible.

Horn is the only place we will use to have our own Engines serviced. They are always polite and go into detail with everything theyve done. They stand by their work!!!
