Culligan of Cedar Rapids

We moved from Cedar Rapids to Marion where the water is quite hard. The discussion of a soft water system had come up from time to time. We met Josh R. at the Home Show when my husband stopped at the Culligan Water booth and made an appointment. Josh came to our home and showed us options. He was very nice and not pushy in any way. Very rude and unprofessional!! The receptionist was blatantly rude about how I wasnt a customer (even previously) as she had worked there 20 years and had never heard of me before. ( and didnt even bother to look in her system until I asked her to) needless to say Culligan, you wont get my business again after my interaction with your employee!! There are plenty other water companies who can earn my business and should in this day and age if you pay for something, you deserve to be treated nice and fairly.

Customer service and dealing with Josh R. has been a great experience. They are always very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that come up. Going on my second year of service and very pleased.

My water softener had a small leak and got next day service from Culligan of Cedar Rapids. The service man was Patrick. He was very professional. Culligan has always given me outstanding customer service.

Culligan is amazing! Their products are excellent and they back everything they install and their customer service is beyond excellent!!! Whole new meaning to Hey Culligan man!!! Brian has always taken excellent care of us, and now Patrick is a great extension of their team! I really appreciate them!! So very personable and VERY conscientious of their customers!
