Sent through American Home Shield warranty company. Arrived for first inspection when he said he would. Then showed up the next day at a time he said he would then soldered the new pipes in to position. The older gentleman who is the owner, was the one that did the inspection and repairs. I'm told it's a family business. Very pleasant Service: Leak investigation and repair

Said they they came out at a certain time, and they didn't...we have cameras. Then said they would be here at 9 and showed up at 8 and said they could not fix it after looking at it for 2 minutes. Disappeared and we had to call them back. Closed the work order with my warranty company and said there was nothing wrong, meanwhile my tub still leaks. Unprofessional, call someone else. These guys suck. Hands down the worst plumbing company ive had the audacity to deal with. My warranty company hired them to replace a water valve in my basement that was leaking. My fiance was home each time. Multiple appointments set with them and they did not show up. Didnt even call to say they wouldn't be able to come. They finally showed up out of the blue without telling me. All they did was tighten the valve, said if it leaks again call us, but don't close the valve or it'll leak again, and left before my fiance could say anything. I was not home for a few days on military orders and come home to find what they've been doing. I called to complain and the owner blamed it on my warranty company for what they did. They only do that if it doesn't leak after they tightened it. My warranty company said no such thing. After arguing with them to get back to my house and replace it. They said they would come and give an estimate that same day during a time window. No one showed up. No calls. Nothing. Stay away from these guys. They don't care about what they do. Shop literally elsewhere. Service: Leak investigation and repair

I would not recommend this company. My warranty company contacted them for service, and it took over 48 hours for them to call me back - that was even after I tried to call them and the warranty company had to call them. Then, he said the only way to install the new water heater was to cut the current pipes and he was going to charge me $100 in labor and $90 in materials to install flex piping and sharkbite attachments. I had two second opinions and both plumbers were able to install the new water heater without modification to the pipes. I feel that this company just wanted to rip me off as well as the warranty company by charging obscene prices for work/materials that wasn’t needed. If I were you, I would read my review as well as the other poor reviews here, and call a different company! Service: Boiler installation

I was referred to this company through American home shield insurance. They were supposed to reach out to me in 24 to 48 hours, I waited 2 weeks and finally I decided to call them, they made an appointment to go see the leak. 2 days later, they go check the leak and he tells me that he has to check if they have the heaters in stock, they don't. 1 more week passes by and finally they have the heater, they install it but I have to pay $170 dollars out of pocket because they needed to replace the heater lines. Why so expensive for some fittings and lines. 1 month later the job is done but my floor is all wet and had to wait when they wanted to get this done, horrible experience, I don't recommend them at all. I wanted to change contractors but my insurance didn't allow me to so I had to wait for this company to get the work but at their time frame. Service: Boiler installation
