We have used Culligan Water of Missouri Valley for almost 45 years. Very pleased with their service and costs of repairs and salt. They give you a calendar showing when they will be delivering your salt and the take it to the basement for us. Even dispose of the empty bags. Highly recommend them!

Had my water softner put in 2 to 3 years ago. First time they hooked it up is flooded my basement. Got them out to fix that issue. I've been complaining that it's not working for 2 years and everything they came out they were here for minutes and told me it's good. Never had soft water entire time. Put 5 bags of salt in over the spam of 2 or more years. I know it's supposed to prolong the life of your water appliances longer and that's what the sales man told me. I bought brand new water heater at time if softner install and 3 years later the new water heater is ruined because of calcium from no soft water. I'm very disappointed in the whole process and wasted over 1200 dollars on something that never worked. Needless to say I will never go with them for any anything again.
