This is the best call center I've worked in. The people are the best I've worked for, the supervising staff keep everyone on track, it's a positive environment, and training every week! I like the games and camaraderie amongst the staff and coworkers.

I would give them zero stars but I can’t! They had my wife go in for an interview and then set up a drug test the next week. When she went in for the drug test the lady at the doctors office said that they canceled the drug test so she called and they said that they hired someone else. That’s just rude of them not to tell her and she was looking forward to work there and had her hopes high just to get put down. Like I said it deserves none of those stars! She is a really hard worker and a great person and you just lost your chance of having her work for you.
