This was the second time weve gone with Lisa at Global State Mortgage for our mortgage loan processing. She and her team are always fantastic to work with. They make things super simple throughout the whole process, are always very responsive to questions, and give solid advice on whether or not its advantageous to pay more $ down/buy points to lock-in rates early and/or bring down the rate etc. If we ever need to go through a mortgage closing again in the future, well be sure to seek her out- Highly recommend!

We cannot thank Lisa and her team enough for making our first time home buying process so smooth!
