Never Showed up for scheduled appointment. Refused to return phone calls or even answer their phones. Guy who set up the appointment made grand promises with no delivery. Do Not use this Company. They are very unprofessional.

I reached out to the company for a service call, they were not able to fit in the crawl space to provide an accurate quote so we agreed they would come out the following week to knock down part of the basement wall to fit inside and to diagnose the issue. After a couple no shows and a month waiting for follow ups I got a response confirming they would be out in 1 week. I reached out again the day before to confirm they are coming out and was advised there will be a 650.00 charge to knock down part of the wall. I agree you shouldn’t provide a service for free but this was never talked about and had a whole month to advise of this extra charge rather than mentioning it the day before they are supposed to come out. ......When they actually show up and are able to get service they are really nice and courteous and I fully agree they should be paid for knocking down a wall I just wish the had better communication and providing this prior to waiting a month for them to come out.
