Just got a letter in the mail stating they are not renewing my policy. not sure why, have never missed a payment and only had one claim during a natural disaster. however they did handle my claim very well when i had them so thats why im not giving 1 star

I have not needed to file a homeowners Insurance claim in my 75 years,but with the hail damage this spring I needed to. Hawkeye Mutual was there to get me the money I needed to get my home better than before. They brought my home up to code,and when it took more money than expected they came through, twice. I can get the hail damaged paint redone. I am well pleased with how I was treated. Thank You, HAWKEYE Mutual!

Dishonest. No communication. T.J. Dykstra is probably the most unprofessional claims rep I have EVER spoken to. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will be switching providers ASAP.
