Henry well co is amazing. They took all our pipe out and replaced a check valve with ease. Thank you so much for checking every component. Running water is not overrated.

This company was hired by my mom to "fix her well pressure and flow problems." They removed the old tank and installed a new one. In doing so, they took the pressure gauge and did not replace it with another one. They used what fittings they had with them, so now there are PVC, Poly, cast iron, and brass parts all cobbled together. They did not attach the ground wire from the wall mounted control box to the plumbing. It's been a while since the job, but now it's not working again. So we have discovered all this. They charged her a ridiculous amount for what they did (and did not do). Now they don't have an answering machine on their phone. Maybe they are out of business. Go figure.

Henry Well is awesome. Our water went out. Of course on the day I'm home sick & we got like a foot of snow the day before. I called right at 8am when they opened & the woman said she'd have Paul call me. Paul called not 30 mins later & he said they'd be down in about an hour.Turned out the float was stuck on cistern. Yeah! Definitely don't mind paying for a service call when they located the problem quickly & no new parts needed. And now we know to ck that b4 we call in the future. I really appreciate their honest service.
