I honestly wouldn't even give them one full star if you can avoid these people 100% do so! As you can see with managements response to one complaint you can obviously tell how arragent and rude they are. When it came to a few questions for a problem in a basement and figures as to how much things would cost they screw you around instead of just being honest they don't want the job they ignore requests and phone calls and never call back. Do yourself the favor and go with a different company even if it maybe a bit more in price you know you won't have a messed up job and it will be done correctly the first time.

$430.20 to fix a water line that was leaking and take a handle off a turnoff valve that was not leaking, just remove the handle. He in turned removed the handle and in doing so, developed small leakage. I went back upstairs while he said he would take care of the leakage and he reported to me that he had: quess what it leaks. I paid all that money to fix a leak, not to develope a new leak because of the plumber. I am elderly and disabled and don't have that kind of money, luckily I could borrow it for me to pay to have water.

Had the bad experience ever, not respectful a at all. plus I paid an arm to fix a faucet that cost less than $100 in Menards. I was warned by my neighbors and friends about their reputation but I was out of town and had to have someone fix it. Avoid this place.

Very rude management. Will not care about fixing your problem on time. You have no right to ask questions with these people as they will get angry like crazy and charge almost 3 times what I use to pay in desmoines. they will make you hate the day you decided to request their service. left my pipe leaking and wanted to schedule another day to fix what they broke. Service: Toilet repair
