Roaches. Roaches so bad we moved luggage to car. They acted like roach infestations was normal. Room stunk like cigarettes

Bed is big and comfortable. To see our vehicle outside our window we must know our room then must elevator down to level 2 from parking ramp, then we must walk through skywalk 1, 2, 3 doors. Then to our room level. There are no convenient smoke areas and the main problem is cockroaches.

I stayed one night and had to find another hotel. I don't know who would leave anything near a good review. The staff was nice and that's about it. The entrance from the garage is horrible. The room walls are paper thin and I kept waking up from all the noise outside and a drunk person in the hallway yelling and banging on a door. It felt as if I were sleeping on the sidewalk outside. I set the ac to turn on and off automatically and it was either freezing and or hot. Never anything in between. I slept with a sweater on and had to put it on and take it off all night. The tub was stained. The room smelled like heavy smoke.The hotel should be shut down in my opinion. By far my worst experience. But the desk agents were great.

Broke down outside of Sioux City and needed a room. Amber was wonderful. She was friendly and very helpful! Turned our night around.
The issue I found in the morning, I think it was a roach. We grab our things and left. The man in the morning was not as pleasant. If anyone owns a hotel in the area, go steal Amber for your hotel. She would be an asset.

Having been here many years ago on a servive intervention in St. Like's hospital, always slept well. It was deep winter, the garage nearby was really an advantage.
