If this place could get 0 stars, you’d have it. Decent pretzels but there are two terrible employees. Every time I come in the morning an older woman is working and is an absolute c****. Exscuse my language, but she is always so rude and mean at every moment. I love the pretzels but can’t stand this woman. It also sucks when you try getting ahold of the manager about this, but she is never in the store. I’ve come in the morning and afternoon because I think every store of any sort should have a right to have a good business. When an employee is absolute shite and should not work in retail, I try letting managers know how rude they are. But if the manager is never in, I’m thinking the place needs new management. To anyone looking to buy pretzels here, only do it in the after noon when the younger ladies are in. They are always so sweet and if there is ever a wait on pretzels, they know how to keep up great conversation while doing their jobs, in my opinion, in a timely manor. Don’t be scare of the old B****!

Good lemonade and good pretzel bite but the notes took about 20 mins to make... I thought that Auntie Anne's was supposed to be fast...
