        This firm is inept in the role as a registered agent. I advise anyone coming here to form an LLC or INC to ask if they understand their responsibilities and duties as an agent. They do not comprehend that a registered agent must RECEIVE and ACCEPT all service of process and official notifications on a business' behalf. I have made multiple calls and emails. Not only were they disrespectful, but impudent. This firm clearly leads with emotion and lack in professionalism. One representative was so ignorant and continued to avoid simple questions and proceeded to hang up without acknowledging the concern or offering an alternative. Again this is no way to conduct a business. I hope this review will open their eyes to the responsibility as an agent.
