I payed an extra 80$ for a 1pm check in. The receptionist was on her phone when walking in and took a solid 2 mins maybe 5 to put it down and help me and finally ask what I needed. I told her I needed to check in quick. She was rude. Asked for a card and id. I went to the car to get it and came back. On her phone AGAIN. took 2 more mins to put it down. Finally get checked in and go to the room. We get here and I already notice it's nasty.... there's a beer can on the patio on the table and it smells like SMOKE! I take the can to the girl and told her that was on my patio and the house keepers did an amazing! Job cleaning. Wrong. 3 plates down and theres nasty brown residue ALL over it. The microwave smell disgusting when it's run. There's mold in the shower. Half rhe pool was shut down and I paid an extra 20$ for pool pases for kids to swim for this birthday party I planned.
Rooms: The room was disgusting. There was nasty stuff on the dishes. Coffee maker was absolutely disgusting the microwave smelled SO GROSS when ran. The room itself smelt like a pack of cigarettes. Paying almost 400$ for a 5 star hotel and you want 5 stars. I have absolutely none to give. I turned the AC on because it got hit with all te peoole snd it was acting funny. Turned it off instantly because it sounded like it was going to blow up! Other than the fact the rooms haven't been remodeled since I WAS A KID. and I'm 24 now. Says something.... please please please fix your hotel if your going to charge people SO MUCH just to stay at your place. Oh also they don't accept cash and don't have it posted ANYWHERE. I couldn't even break my 100$ bill for the ARCADE THEY PROVIDE! Absolutely ridiculous and absolutely will NOT be planning anything here for AWHILE!

Shyla, we do value all of our guests' feedback. Our front desk staff does have to communicate with the team via text when our phone lines or desk is busy as we have to check on the status of rooms or other guests need assistance etc. This is usually not the case at our 4p.m regular check in time. I am sorry to hear that your welcome wasn't pleasant. Planning a birthday party can be quite frustrating at times. The $80 check in fee was agreed for a noon check in. We normally do not check in this early not even for a fee but knowing that you weren't able to book the party room in time we tried to accommodate you as best as we could. Upon checking your account you were not charged the $80 nor the $30 pet fee for the pet in your room, nor the incidental charge for the extreme mess you said you left for our staff on purpose. I apologize that there weren't enough plates in your suite. We can always provide more when needed. Boji Splash did in fact have to close the lazy river for a total of two hours on two separate occasions because there was an incident with another child and for the safety of other guests it had to be closed. Per the phone call that took place verbal abuse and profanity against our staff is not tolerated. Again our apologies that we did not meet your expectations. Thank you for your consideration.

I rated this place a 1 out of 5 for alot of reasons.I wouldve given it a 0 out of 5 but the location it was in was nice and around everything.We first got there checked in and we weren't told our room was in another building so we got all of our stuff out of the truck to find out we had to go to a separate building mind you we had 5 people plus a baby worth of stuff.Which was some of our fault for not checking first before grabbing our things.We walked past the front desk with all our things maybe someone wouldve said something...???But no..Anyways so we finally got to the room an it looked like it wasn't even cleaned hair all over the tub and back of the toilet the floor wasnt vacuumed and they didnt restock the toilet paper.We also noticed there was stains on the sheets (super gross)we called down to the front to see if we could get new sheets and I would've just put them on myself an the lady told us cleaning service wasn't there anymore for the night an they could get to us tomorrow morning so we just laid towels down.which is super disgusting.So the next day we needed more towels as we took showers after we walked around that night an had to lay some down to sleep on an the lady at the front desk told us they'll be around with towels at 9am...So we aren't able to take showers when we want to?So we waited tell about 9.30 seen the guys outside our door asked if we could get towels for him to tell us he didnt have anymore and hell be back later that afternoon..So we went back to the front desk to tell them we needed towels as they ran out an they seemed super annoyed.The last full day of staying there we got all ready to use the indoor outdoor water park they have as we walked past the front desk in our swimsuits heading towards the swimming area no one told us they werent open for the next few days due to it being to hot... I get why u closed the outside part but the inside couldve been open as people get hotels with pools for a reason...There staffing sucks just as much as management.No one smiled says hi nothing just super rude when u asked for anything. We had to do everything they should've been doing .Last thing right before we left we asked for two trash bags to clean up after ourselves an the guy told us he didn't think we needed them..Ummm okay I could've just left it for u? This place could be such a good place if it actually had people working for the company that cared...I know we won't be returning.
