This law firm was recently used to handle the sale of my parent's estate and the service received from attorney Anthony Mooney was far less satisfactory. While the transaction was eventually completed, several mistakes were made on the legal documents and even the legal description of the property. These mistakes had to be brought to his attention many times and fixed. There was a question regarding time he had spent working through a possible issue, but he never contacted me regarding the issue. If he had the issue would have been immediately resolved through photographic evidence. Mr. Mooney recklessly spent time charging for his time without contacting me. I am still waiting for a billing statement and breakdown for his hours he charged in the case and have not received it. It has been over a month and no response. We did hear that Mr. Mooney is no longer with this Law Group, however we still need a breakdown of the hours that Mr. Mooney claimed he spent on this case. The Law Office should have this breakdown of hours and should provide the document. Again, it has been over a month since the property closed.
