My car broke down on a trek home to MN. I puttered into Patterson Auto (fka Thompson Auto) right at closing time. The mechanic ran a diagnostic test and then stayed late to fix my car so I could make it home. They were friendly, professional, and fast.

They aren't the best in Story City, they are the best in Story County! They are always fair and have done a great job on all our vehicles. They will only fix what needs fixed and do it for a great price.
