This is one of the worst places I've every worked. Lazy workers, lazy management, nurses that slack off more than anything else! Don't get me wrong there are great nurses, CNAs, and homemakers out there, but  75% of the employees here are here for a check, no love or compassion for the residents. I've seen people give five minute showers and slap residents around just to get done fast so they can get everything done at a certain time just to sit on their butt and be on their phone most of the night. There are employees coming to work drunk, high, and just straight up crappy attitudes! There are many employees on third shift falling asleep, some get in trouble some get nothing more than a warning and a high five. It's fair to say that this place picks favorites and treats their employees very sketchy, even in payroll they find ways to basically rip you off of your hard earned work. Which is probably why they have so many crappy employees because they're not treated the way they should be treated and they just get burnt out and start slacking. I loved working here, because of the residents and a small handful of close fellow employees. I thought once Amanda Langford took over it will get better, but the communication is still lacked on so many levels. I wouldn't necessarily say on Amanda's behalf, but advising your staff to have better communication with each other would be the most beneficial thing to do...

My mom is a resident in the Households of Bethany, and I feel that she has been getting the best of care since she moved there in 2017. She has issues with dementia and they have been a godsend. They really do care, the staff is very attentive. I'm always alerted if there's any issue, thankfully all have been minor. I'm very thankful we made the decision to trust the Households of Bethany with mom's care.

The first time my mom was there for a skilled care stay following surgery, they did a great job getting her strong. She went back a second time following a surgery and episode of the flu and she did not respond well to the therapy. Pros - We really liked some of the nurses (Lisa, Jerry and Chambre). Chantel (CNA) was always sweet to my mom. Some of the cons are extended waits for call lights to be answered. Sometimes it took 45 minutes for her call light to be answered during her first stay. It seemed a little better during the second stay. One of the CNAs was mean to her when she left. They also tried to get her to take a shower at midnight once, which I think is a bit ridiculous.
