Do not rent with these people ever since kelly left everything went downhill. I lived on the 1st floor and there was a crack in a window that I didnt do. Never even had a screen and charge me 400. Which could easily been caused by the weather or someone cutting the grass. They will find a way to keep your deposit. Also charge hidden fees. Apartments smell like mildew. Just an awful experience.

I have been living here for going on 3 years and its had its ups and down and I can lay out the pros and cons but overall any problem I have had has been accommodated to and I was going through a hard time and they worked with me and understood. Unfortunately I think I will be departing soon but overall it was a good time.

My brother and I toured Elm Village and were so impressed with both the location, which is near some beautiful walking/biking trails as well as how close it is to the bus line. The grounds look very well taken care of and the building themselves look well taken care of as well. Plus the office staff were so nice and very easy to chat with. Highly recommend you check out this complex!!
