I recently purchased a used 2015 vehicle from this dealership. As it was online, I asked very direct questions about specific things. The salesman took pictures and then stated there is nothing wrong with the areas you asked about. I also asked if there were any dings or dents in the vehicle. He said no. When the vehicle was delivered, I noticed instantly, large dings with cracked paint on two wheel wells, the front bumper has been hit and has cracked paint. There are large rock chips which number in the hundreds on the front bumper that all had been filled in with matching paint which he also stated where not there. He blatantly lied to me. I have bought countless cars and worked with used car dealers who are very honest. I am astounded that in 2023 AND a Mercedes dealer would blatantly lie to customers just to sell a car. DO NOT trust this dealer. I have indisputable proof they lied to me.
