AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! 😡👎🏻 I scheduled this cleaning service to come to my house on three different occasions every time the woman forgot about me! On the third time she informed me that she had moved and that her ZIP Code that was posted on Groupon had changed. So if I wanted her to come an hour and a half late to my scheduled cleaning I would have to pay an extra $20! The woman was very rude on the phone, and after telling me that I should just get a refund through Groupon if I didn’t want to pay her travel fee!!!!

My wife and I used Nicole's service through groupon for our first time rental. The groupon advertised a move in, move out extra charge of $50 in addition to the cost of the groupon itself. She complained about us redeeming the groupon for this price and tried to get me to refund it. Finally she agreed to honor the groupon. She did arrive punctually and was very friendly. However, my tenants and I discovered afterwards that there were several details over looked. She missed cleaning a few of the drawers in the bathroom and kitchen and did a poor job of cleaning the floors. Also, a shelf in my fridge was broken (a genuine accident which she agreed to pay for half of). I ask for her to come back and fix those details. She could not come for two days which meant that my tenants had to postpone their move in date. Normally this would not be enough for me to leave a negative review but on the agreed upon date she never arrived and was not returning any of my calls or texts. By the time she texted me that she could not come (5:30pm) I had already done all the work myself. And her text accused me of taking advantage of her and blamed me for using a groupon. Her cleaning was sub par and her customer service skills are terrible. I wish I could include pictures of all the dirt I got off of my floors as well. Wouldn't recommend if you need anything more than a light cleaning.

I thought it would be expensive and they would not be able to to get to me in time, however they were available and affordable! The service was great and my home smelled fresh!

I have had Assured Cleaning clean my home once a month for a year. The owner of the company, Nicole, is the person who does the cleaning. I have been very pleased with the complete and thorough job she does cleaning all the rooms in my home. She works in a timely manner and is personable and flexible if asked to clean a specific area or item that is not part of her regular cleaning routine. Also important is Assured Cleaning is affordable.

I found Nichole through her Living Social promotion. From the very first time we met, she was friendly, warm, and enthusiastic. Her cleaning is also top notch. She is very efficient, yet thorough. I've been very happy working with her over the first few months, but something happened last week that prompted me to write this review. I left something very valuable out in my condo, and she immediately contacted me and asked what I wanted to do with it. I so appreciated her honesty, and for that and all the reasons above, I highly recommend her!
