I hate complaining, even though my name is Karen 🤦🏼‍♀️. I don’t want to hurt businesses during an already hard time but I just don’t want anyone wasting their money like I did. I went in for full head highlights. First of all, the highlights aren’t even and are an inch away from my scalp, so that’s pretty much what I had in the first place. I’m still very grey. I also came in with light golden blonde hair and left with ash, which does not go with my skin tone at all. Basically my roots are not touched up, and it’s the wrong shade so I’m worse off then I went in. I’m unemployed at the moment and it’s devastating that I went in to make myself feel better but now I feel worse and have been quoted over $100 to fix it, which I can’t afford to do again. I don’t want to go back there because I’m scared my hair will be further damaged. So disappointed 😢 Service: Hair colouring
