        Tried to use them as a new customer to help set up am audio system. Made an appointment, they called and pushed it back a day which is no big deal. They then called back the next day and canceled that appointment only to say that the next possible day would be two weeks away and that wasnt guaranteed. Would not recommend you even try to do business with this company if they cant keep to their appointments and promises.

        Poor service model. Horrible customer service. Dianna is condescending. Even if they are the reason for the service, i.e. broke another system, they still charge a service fee. Scheduled out over 2 weeks.
