I am a Project Manager for a roofing company out of Ramsey, MN. We had recently completed a roofing project in Urbandale, IA. During the roofing process, our crew had cut down a small branch that was overhanging onto the roof. The crew did not have space to remove the branch at the time. I reached out to Dustin with The Tree Doctor and he stated that the house was not too far from him and that he will go and take a look, if it was something he could just in his pickup he would just grab it. Dustin called back hours later and stated that it was a small branch and he just threw it in his truck and removed it. Dustin was very honest and worked quickly in getting the branch removed even though it was a very simple task and not a large job for him. He went out of his way to take care of this for me.
