I spoke with Jennifer Coil regarding the sell of some corporate real estate land. After not getting back with me for close to a week, I left messages at the Iowa realty Waukee office, still no response. I called the West Des Moines office, they got back in touch with Jennifer, and she proceeded to make several excuses why she never got back with me. We set up a meeting. She lives approximately five miles away and was over 20 minutes late. This was on September 8th. It is now September 15th. I have not heard one word from her. She is not responded to phone calls or emails. I also left a message with the Waukee office yesterday, and haven't received a response. All in all, it's probably been close to 3 weeks that I've wasted. Timing is essential this time of year. If she wasn't interested, that was all she had to say. No response at all is very unprofessional. It seems apparent there is no follow-through with anyone at the Waukee office.
